WMA is limited to providing advisory services to the residents of Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New York, South Carolina and Texas, and other states where WMA is noticed filed or is exempt from notice filing. Most, but not all states permit an investment adviser to have a minimum number of clients before notice filing is required, providing the adviser does not have a physical presence (office) in the non-resident state.
