Elizabeth Sanda
Elizabeth Sanda is currently Director of Client Services, where she is responsible for overseeing the transition process for new clients, as well as account maintenance for existing clients.
Liz received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Wayne State University and first joined the firm in 1996.
She is an avid reader, whose favorite pastimes involve playing games, dancing, and laughing with her five children.
Phillis Lucci
Phillis Lucci applies her more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to everything from Client Services—to assisting the Financial Planning Team with research and preparation for client meetings.
Prior to joining William Mack and Associates, she worked at investment firm Munder Capital Management as a Senior Performance Specialist.
Phillis earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Walsh College in Troy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking.
Tina Serraiocco
Tina spent the last 20 years managing the call center of a fast-paced multiple facility medical center, MI Institute of Urology. Prior to that, she attended Wayne State University.
Tina carries her managerial experience into her role as Client Services Manager for WMA. As such, Tina is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Client Service Team members while tracking the progress and status of all work being processed by the team.
Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys, crocheting, cooking and baking.
Amanda Russell
Amanda Russell joined the firm in October of 2024. She works as a Client Service Specialist. Amanda came to William Mack with over 15 years of experience in customer service and inside sales.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy with a specialization in Management and Marketing.
She enjoys spending time with her son, boyfriend, dog, family and friends.
Janie Batres
Janie is a dedicated member of the Client Services Team with over 20 years of experience in finance, most recently with Comerica bank. Her role is to process financial transactions with precision and care, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, cooking, spending time with her family and fostering dogs.
Beverly Crigger
Beverly Crigger is currently the Office Administrator – and “Director of First Impressions”. She joined the firm in 2000 and enjoys the close relationships she has developed with many WMA clients.
In addition to managing the office, Beverly shares some of the daily duties with Client Services. In her free time, Beverly enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
